Paigam

Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 July 2026

Paigam (paigam.co.in) creates digital wedding invitations that live at a private link. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work:

  • Account details — your name and email address, collected when you sign in through our authentication provider.
  • Invitation content — the names, event dates, venues, photographs, messages and audio you add to your invitation in the studio.
  • Guest responses — RSVPs and blessings that guests submit on an invitation page, including the name and message they choose to share.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID or banking credentials; we receive only a confirmation of payment and an order reference.
  • Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the service running.

How we use it

We use your information to render and serve your invitation, process your purchase, show you your RSVPs and blessings, send transactional email (receipts, RSVP notifications), and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your invitation content for advertising.

Who your invitation is visible to

Your invitation lives at a private link that only the people you share it with can open. Invitation pages are excluded from our sitemap and marked off-limits to search engines and AI crawlers in our robots.txt. A link is still a link, though — anyone who has it can open the page, so share it the way you would share the invitation itself.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run Paigam, each receiving only the data needed for its role:

  • Clerk — sign-in and account management.
  • Supabase — database hosting for invitations, RSVPs and blessings.
  • Razorpay — payment processing.
  • Cloudinary — storage and delivery of the images you upload.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security.

Retention and deletion

Invitation content is kept so your page stays live for your celebration and remains editable for one year from purchase. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by writing to us; we will remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.

Your rights and contact

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. For any privacy question or request, email paigam.invites@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
