The service

Paigam lets you personalise a wedding-invitation template and publish it as a web page at its own link, with optional RSVPs, blessings, save-the-date and thank-you cards. The product is entirely digital — nothing is printed or shipped. Delivery is immediate: once you publish, your invitation is live at its link.

Purchases and the edit window

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the site and charged at checkout through Razorpay. Each purchase covers one invitation.

Your invitation remains editable in the studio for one year from the date of purchase. After the edit window closes, the live page keeps working, but changes can no longer be made.

Your content

You own the names, photographs, messages and other content you add to an invitation. By uploading it you give us permission to store, process and display it — solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for the accuracy of the event details you publish.

Our content

The templates, designs, animations, code and branding on Paigam are our intellectual property. Your purchase licenses their use within your invitation; it does not transfer ownership or permit reuse, resale or redistribution outside the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Paigam to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harassing, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the service. We may suspend or remove invitations that violate these terms.

Liability

We work to keep every invitation available around the clock, but the service is provided “as is” and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about these terms: paigam.invites@gmail.com.
